SEARCY – There is not much to say about David Knighton that has not already been said. The starting quarterback from Seminole, Okla., enters his senior season with 27 school records under his belt, and in 2008, he will take aim at the Gulf South Conference record book.
Last season, Knighton passed for 3,198 yards and 32 touchdowns, earned GSC Offensive Player of the Year and Associated Press Little All-America and placed seventh in the Harlon Hill Award voting.
