Cross-Country/Track
- All-America in the 1,000-yard run in 1991, 1992 and 1993.
- All-America in the distance medley relay in 1992.
- Won the AIC championship in 1993 in the 1,500 meters, 400 meters, 800 meters and 3,000 meters.
- Was the AIC high point winner at the 1993 outdoor championship.
- Won the 800 meters and 3,000 meters at the 1992 AIC championship.
- Three-time All-AIC in cross country and was the individual champion in 1991 and 1992.
- Placed 28th at the 1990 NAIA national cross country meet.
- NAIA Scholar-Athlete in cross country in 1992 and in outdoor track and field in 1993.
