FLORENCE, Ala. - The Lady Bisons fell short in the championship match versus North Alabama with a 0-3 loss Saturday night at Flowers Hall. Game scores were 30-17, 30-18, 30-24. Harding fought a tough Lion offense that hit .409 for the match and a defense that held that Lady Bisons to .115.

The UNA Lions improved to 30-5 on the season and the Lady Bisons fell to 24-9.

North Alabama's Megan Stout and Kasie Spencer led the game with 15 kills each along with Nilcia Oliveira with 13 kills. Katelin Parks was the only Lady Bison to break double-digit kills with 10. Meredith Rosenbaum had 13 digs and Leah Tepe added 30 assists for Harding.

Harding had only 33 kills while the Lions tallied 62. UNA out-blocked the Lady Bisons 10-to-6 and had 10 more digs than the Lady Bisons with 46.

The Lady Bisons await the regional rankings that will be announced Sunday, Nov. 5 at 5:00 p.m. to determine if they will qualify for the NCAA II Regional Tournament.
