Bison Tennis Defeats Hendrix 8-1 in Conway

CONWAY – The Harding men’s tennis team moved to 4-1 on the season Tuesday with an 8-1 win over Hendrix.

The Bisons swept all three doubles matches with Andrew Giron and Richard Rios defeating Garrett Sprowles and Ryan Strickland 8-4 at #1 doubles.

Harding won five of six singles matches without losing a set. Hendrix’s only win came at #5 singles where Pascal Jacque defeated Enrique Mendoza in three sets.

The Bisons are back in action Friday, taking on Southwest Baptist and Ouachita Baptist in Arkadelphia.
