MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Lady Bisons grabbed their eighth Gulf South Conference win Tues. night against the Christian Brothers Lady Bucs in three games. Harding won with scores of 30-22, 30-28, and 30-23. The win improved the Lady Bisons' record to 21-8 overall and 8-1 in the GSC while the Lady Bucs fell to 10-20 overall and remain winless in 10 matches.

Harding had three players with standout performances. Manuela Nesheva had 21 kills and Shellie Rummer added 14 kills with only one error (.619). Meredith Rosenbaum helped on defense with 22 digs. Nesheva added 12 digs and Katelin Parks also had a double-double with 10 kills and 10 digs. Leah Tepe had 49 assists.

The Lady Bisons hit .275 in the match with 61 kills, 65 digs, and seven total blocks. The Lady Bucs had 41 kills (.173) but totaled 13 blocks.

Michelle Hein led Christian Brothers with 14 kills and added 11 digs. Bridget Buckley had a team-high 18 digs.

The Lady Bisons will continue GSC action at home Thurs., Oct. 25 with a match against Arkansas-Monticello at 7 p.m. The contest will be held at the Rhodes Field House.
