BETHANY, Okla. – The Harding women's soccer team fell 1-0 on Friday to Ouachita Baptist in the first round of the Great American Conference Tournament held in Bethany, Okla. The Lady Bisons end their season with a 6-12-1 record.

After the game was tied at halftime, Ouachita Baptist (7-11-1) scored in 51st minute when sophomore midfielder Bryson Rial hit a turnaround shot from 18-yards out. It was her fourth goal of the season.

Harding had a chance to tie the game in the final minute but Adair Schmidt's shot went high. She led the Lady Bisons with three shots and two were on frame.

Harding junior goalkeeper Kaitlyn Miller had seven saves in the game and faced 14 shots.

Ouachita Baptist advances to the finals and will play the winner of the game between Southern Nazarene and East Central on Sunday at 1 p.m.
