The Lady Bisons defense held tough until the 39th minute when Melissa Giles scored from inside the box after dribbling around the Harding defense.
The RiverHawks made it 2-0 in the 62nd minute when Giles found the back of the net after dribbling through the Lady Bisons defense. It was her fourth goal of the season.
Harding took eight shots in the game, led by sophomore midfielder Averie Albright who had three.
The Lady Bisons had two chances in the opening 20 minutes of action to find the back of the net. Junior midfielder Ashley Sampson hit a shot from the top of the box that was saved and then Albright took a shot just inside the box that was saved.
Harding will be back in conference action on Friday as they host Southwestern Oklahoma at 7 p.m., at the Stevens Soccer Complex in Searcy.
