SEARCY – The Harding women's soccer team will travel to Bethany, Oklahoma to face Southern Nazarene on Saturday for a 12 p.m. kickoff in Great American Conference action.

HU Team News
- Harding is unbeaten in its last 11 games.  The Lady Bisons have tied twice and have won nine. It is the longest unbeaten streak in Harding history. The Lady Bisons were unbeaten in 10 games in 2004.
- Harding sits tied for first place with Southwestern Oklahoma in the GAC standings. The GAC regular season champion will host the conference tournament held Nov. 6-8.
- The Lady Bisons are 3-1-2 on the road this season. Harding is coming off a 1-0 GAC victory over Oklahoma Baptist on Thursday. Senior midfielder Ashley Sampson scored her second career goal and had her first game winning goal for the Lady Bisons.
- Harding has recorded eight shutouts this season and it ties for second in Lady Bison history for the most shutouts in a season. It is the most shutouts since 2006 when Harding recorded seven.
- Harding is led by freshman midfielder Bethany Sutherland who has 13 goals. Sutherland leads the GAC in goals and ranks tied for eighth in NCAA Division II. Only one other freshman in NCAA Division II has more goals then her this season.
- Bethany Sutherland needs one more goal to move into sole possession of second place in Harding history for the most goals in a season. Kendyl Washburn (2004-07) and Chelsea Brandon (2008-11) each had 17 goals in a season.
- Sophomore forward Carley Stevens is second on the team with six goals and junior midfielder Melita Sutherland leads the team in assists with four.
- The Lady Bisons are led between the posts by senior goalkeeper Kaitlyn Miller who has a 9-2-2 record. Miller has a 0.67 goal against average and is averaging 4.1 saves per game. Miller has recorded seven shutouts this season. She needs one more shutout to tie Cheryl Dovichak (2004-05) for the Harding record. Dovichak recorded eight shutouts 2004.

Opponent Team News
- Southern Nazarene is 1-1 in its last two games. The Crimson Storm defeated Northwestern Oklahoma 2-0 last Saturday but fell to Ouachita Baptist 2-1 on Thursday.
- It will be the fourth straight home game for Southern Nazarene. The Crimson Storm are 4-4-0 at home this season.
- Southern Nazarene is led by freshman midfielder Kelsi Bussert who has four goals on the season. The Crimson Storm is led in goal by junior Natasha Fuentes who has a 5-8-0 record and a .841 save percentage.
