SEARCY – The Harding women's soccer team will continue Great American Conference action on Thursday when it hosts East Central at 7 p.m., at the Stevens Soccer Field.

HU Team News
- Harding has not lost in its last nine games. The Lady Bisons have tied twice and have won seven.
- Harding sits in first place in the GAC standings after its 3-1 win over Ouachita on Tuesday. The GAC regular season champion will host the conference tournament held Nov. 6-8.
- The Lady Bisons are 5-0-0 at home this season. It is the longest home winning streak since Harding won five straight between the 2010-11 seasons. If the Lady Bisons win on Thursday it will be the second longest home winning streak in school history. Harding won eight straight from 2003-04.
- Harding is led by freshman midfielder Bethany Sutherland who has 10 goals. Sutherland is the first Lady Bison to score 10 goals in a season since Adriana Lucar (2010-11) scored 11 during the 2011 season. She joins 16 other Lady Bisons since Harding started soccer in 1998 that have scored 10 or more goals in their career.
- Sophomore forward Carley Stevens is second on the team with six goals and junior midfielder Melita Sutherland leads the team in assists with four.
- The Lady Bisons are led between the posts by senior goalkeeper Kaitlyn Miller who has a 7-2-2 record. Miller has a 0.79 goal against average and is averaging 4.3 saves per game. Miller has recorded five shutouts this season.

- East Central has won two of its last three games. The Tigers are coming off a 2-1 GAC loss at Oklahoma Baptist last Saturday.
