SEARCY – The Harding women's soccer team picked up its first win of the season Sunday after defeat NCAA Division I Arkansas-Pine Bluff 2-1 in non-conference action at the Stevens Soccer Field.
Harding improves to 1-3-2 on the season and Arkansas-Pine Bluff falls to 0-6-0
GOALS
Arkansas-Pine Bluff 1, Harding 0, 11th minute – Rebecca Holmes sent a throughball up the middle to the foot of Karissa Fewnwick who hit the lower left corner of the net. It was her first goal of the season.
Harding 1, Arkansas-Pine Bluff 1, 67th minute – Bethany Sutherland converted a penalty kick for her first goal of the season. It was Harding's first penalty kick goal of the season.
Harding 2, Arkansas-Pine Bluff 1, 70th minute – Morgan Springborn took a shot that saved by the goalkeeper but Springborn got the rebound and found the back of the net.

Harding took 19 shots in the game, 11 where on goal.
Arkansas-Pine Bluff took 14 shots, four were on goal.
The Lady Bisons played 20 players in the game. The Lady Lions played 13.
Harding had eight corner kicks.
