TAHLEQUAH, Okla. – The Harding women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision at Northeastern State Friday in non-conference action. The Lady Bisons fall to 0-3 on the season.

Northeastern State improves to 3-0 on the season.

GOALS

Northeastern State 1, Harding 0 – Jessie Lynch found Julia Mathis who found the right side of the goal.

Northeastern State 2, Harding 0 – Sarah Rector found the back of the net for her first goal of the season.

STATS

Harding outshot Northeastern State 16-13 in the game. The Lady Bisons had nine shots on goal.

Bethany Sutherland led all players with eight shots, four where on goal.

Meg Smith had nine saves for Northeastern State and recorded her second shutout of the season.

Harding will play its home opener Sunday when it hosts Missouri Southern in non-conference action at 1 p.m., at the Stevens Soccer Complex.
