Oklahoma Baptist Women's Tennis Defeats Harding in Regular Season Finale

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Harding women's tennis closed the regular season with a 5-1 loss to 46th-ranked Oklahoma Baptist Friday indoors in Oklahoma City.

The loss dropped Harding to 14-7 overall and 3-3 in the Great American Conference. The Lady Bisons could still finish as the third, fourth or fifth seed in the upcoming GAC Tournament depending on the result of Saturday's Arkansas Tech-Henderson State match.

Harding's lone point came at No. 2 doubles, where Gabriella Alves and Hana Folse defeated Madeleine Boepple and Tahlia Walsh 9-8 in a tiebreaker. The victory for Alves and Folse was their team-leading 18th of the season.
