LITTLE ROCK, Ark,. – Bethany Sutherland had two goals and an assist to lead the Harding women's soccer team to a 3-0 Great American Conference win over Northwestern Oklahoma Thursday.

The Lady Bisons improve to 2-5-1 on the season and 2-1-0 in the GAC.

Northwestern Oklahoma falls to 1-5-1 overall and 1-2-0 in the GAC.

GOALS

Harding 1, Northwestern Oklahoma 0 – 8th minute – Bethany Sutherland shot from 35-yards out and found the upper right corner of the net.

Harding 2, Northwestern Oklahoma 0 – 70th minute – Asia Hollingsworth sent in a corner that found the head of Bethany Sutherland.

Harding 3, Northwestern Oklahoma 0 – 73rd minute – Bethany Sutherland found Madison Massoth for her first career goal.

STATS

Harding took 18 shots, nine were on goal.

Northwestern Oklahoma had six shots, one on goal.

Harding recorded its first shutout of the season. It was Jessica Woessner's seventh career shutout.
