PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Harding volleyball team fell to Lee 3-1 (25-22, 16-25, 25-22, 25-23) and host team No. 11 West Florida 3-1 (25-20, 25-20, 18-25, 25-18) Friday on the first day of the Argo Bash.
Harding moves to 4-6 on the season.
Lee improves to 2-6 and West Florida improves to 7-3.
LEE MATCH
FIRST SET
With a one-point lead 15-14, Lee went on a 5-0 run to lead 20-14. Harding battled back to pull within two 24-22 but Lee scored the next point to win 25-22. Lee had 17 kills in the set.
SECOND SET
Harding jumped out to an 8-5 lead and then went on a 10-4 run to lead 18-9. The Lady Bisons went on to win the set 25-16. Harding held Lee to hitting .077 in the set.
THIRD SET
With the third set tied at 13, Lee went on a 5-0 run to lead 18-13. Harding got within two, 23-21 but two kills gave Lee the win, 25-22.
FOURTH SET
Trailing 21-17, Harding went on a 5-0 run to lead 22-21. After three Lady Bison attack errors and a kill, Lee won 25-23. Harding had seven attack errors in the set and hit .096.

#11 WEST FLORIDA MATCH
FIRST SET
Harding took a 7-3 advantage in the first set until West Florida went on an 8-0 run to lead 11-7. The Lady Bisons got within two twice but West Florida won the set 25-20.
SECOND SET
Harding took an 8-4 lead in the second set until West Florida went on an 8-4 run to tie the set at 12. With the set tied at 15, West Florida went on a 9-4 run to lead 24-19. After a kill, West Florida won 25-20. West Florida had 19 kills in the set.
THIRD SET
Harding took a 5-1 lead in the third set and then went on a 12-8 run to lead 17-9. A kill by Amber Robin won the set for the Lady Bisons 25-18. Harding had 17 kills in the set.
FOURTH SET
West Florida scored the first five points in the fourth set then went on a 10-5 run to lead 15-5. Harding battled back with a 5-0 run late but three straight points by West Florida gave them the set win 25-18. West Florida held Harding to hitting .094 in the set.
