ARKADELPHIA, Ark.– The Harding women's soccer team fell 2-0 at Ouachita Baptist Tuesday in Great American Conference action.
After Saturday's results in the GAC, Harding is currently in four place in the GAC standings with the top four teams advancing to the GAC Tournament November 14 and 16. Venue is decided upon who wins the GAC Regular Season Championship.
Harding falls to 6-9-2 overall and 5-5-1 in the GAC.
Ouachita Baptist improves to 10-5-1 overall and 8-2-1 in the GAC.
GOALS
Ouachita Baptist 1, Harding 0 – 13th minute – Ashlyn Heckman found the back of the net from 8-yards out for her eighth goal of the season.
Ouachita Baptist 2, Harding 0 – 88th minute – Jaymee Dotson took a shot from the middle of the 18-yard box that found the back of the goal. It was her sixth goal of the season.
STATS
Ouachita Baptist took 11 shots, four were on goal. Jaymee Dotson led the Tigers with three shots, two were on goal.
Harding had five shots all by different players. The Lady Bisons had one shot on goal.
Jessica Woessner had two saves for Harding.
