SEARCY – Peyton Mills broke the school record for most RBI's in a career in the first game of the Great American Conference doubleheader against Oklahoma Baptist. The teams split as Harding won the first game 4-2 and Oklahoma Baptist won the second game 2-0.
Mills had RBI's 152, 153 and 154 in game one when she went 3-for-3. She broke Kimmy Hendricks' (2014-17) record of 153.
Harding moves to 14-12 overall and 6-8 in the GAC.
Oklahoma Baptist moves to 11-15 overall and 5-9 in the GAC.
Game One Key Innings (Harding 4, Oklahoma Baptist 2)
- With a runner on second Peyton Mills hit a single to center field that scored Kyndal Pirtle to give Harding a 1-0 lead in the first inning.
- Oklahoma Baptist took a 2-1 lead in the fourth when Cheyenne Demaree hit a two-run home run to right center field.
- Harding took the lead for good in the bottom of the fourth scoring three runs on four hits. Kyndal Pirtle knocked in a run and Peyton Mills hit a double to center field that scored two runs.
Game One Key Statistics
- Harding had nine hits in the game with Peyton Mills going 3-for-3. Kyndal Pirtle and Mason McCord each had two hits.
- Oklahoma Baptist had seven hits led by Franki Hull who went 3-for-3.
- Jenna Hipp went the distance to record her second complete game for Harding. She improves to 5-3 on the season. She gave up two earned runs and had four strikeouts and no walks.
- Katie Long received the loss for Oklahoma Baptist and falls to 6-7 on the season.
Game Two Key Innings (Oklahoma Baptist 2, Harding 0)
- Cheyenne Demaree and Demi Dobbs hit back-to-back home runs in the sixth inning to give Oklahoma Baptist a 2-0 lead.
- Harding left two runners on in the sixth inning.

- Oklahoma Baptist had six hits led by Aspen Grimes who went 2-for-3.
- Harding was held to a season-low three hits. All by different players.
- Chandler Roberts got the win for Oklahoma Baptist in 5 1/3 innings of work. She gave up three hits and had three strikeouts.
- Katie Long got her first save of the season coming on and pitching 1 2/3 innings.
- Pyper James received the loss and falls to 3-4. She pitched 5 1/3 innings, gave up the two earned runs and had one strikeout.
- Emma Dwyer pitched 1 2/3 innings of relief and had two strikeouts.
