SEARCY – The Harding softball team swept a non-conference doubleheader with Christian Brothers Tuesday with both games ending 3-1. The second win gave Harding head coach Phil Berry his 250th career win.
It was Harding's final non-conference games of the season.
Harding improves to 21-11 on the season and Christian Brothers falls to 7-23.
Game One Key Innings (Harding 3, Christian Brothers 1)
- B4 – Harding got on the board when Jordan Cabana hit a single to right center that scored Nicole Shano. (Harding 1, Christian Brothers 0)
- T5 – Cara Alexander hit a sacrifice fly to left field that scored Mackenzie Puckett (Harding 1, Christian Brothers 1)
- B5 – After a Nicole Shano double, Chelsea Blankenship hit her first career home run to left field. (Harding 3, Christian Brothers 1)

- Harding had six hits, all by three players who each had two – Nicole Shano, Chelsea Blankenship and Jordan Cabana.
- Christian Brothers had two hits by two different players.
- Lily Tanski got the win for Harding and improved to 14-6 on the season. She threw her 13th complete game of the season. She gave up the earned run and struck out five.
- Macy Cumming received the loss and falls to 5-7 on the season.

- B2 – Amanda Fields hit a triple to right field that scored Chelsea Blankenship from second. It was her first triple of the season and the eighth triple by a Lady Bison this season. (Harding 1, Christian Brothers 0)
- T4 – Ashlynn Smith hit a single up the middle that scored Caroline Gross. (Harding 1, Christian Brothers 1)
- B5 – Chelsea Blankenship hit a single to right field that scored Madison Fraley for the first run. Amanda Fields hit a sacrifice fly to right field that scored Kendall Tramel for the second run. (Harding 3, Christian Brothers 1)

- Jessica Bridges picked up the win for Harding to improve to 6-4 on the season. It was also her sixth complete game. She gave up the earned run and struck out five.
- Kelsey Wurm received the loss for Christian Brothers and falls to 0-2 on the season.
