The No. 29-ranked Harding women's team fell to No. 51-ranked Missouri Western State 4-0 in the first round of the NCAA Central Regional #1 in Edmond, Oklahoma on Friday (May 6). Missouri Western State improves to 18-5 on the year while the Lady Bisons finish the year at 18-6.

The Griffons came out strong in doubles action, grabbing two wins at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles by a 6-1 score in both.
Grace Dodd and
Allison Carpenter competed at No. 1 and were leading 4-3 before play was stopped with the doubles point being clinched.

In singles action, the Griffons took a 2-0 lead when Dodd was forced to retire in her match at No. 1 at 3-3 in the first set. The Griffons won two quick matches at No. 6 and No. 4 to take the match 4-0 and move onto the second round.
Lina Romero was the lone Lady Bison to win a set and was leading 6-4, 3-0 at No. 2 when play was stopped.

The Lady Bisons finish the season with the most wins since 2013-14 when they had an identical record of 18-6 on the season. The Lady Bisons are now 3-10 all-time in the NCAA Regional Tournament.

th most singles victories (65) and the ninth most doubles victories (61) in program history. Lindy becomes the ninth player in school history to win 60 matches in both singles and doubles in a career.
Allison Carpenter finishes her career with 64 career singles victories which is 13
th all-time in program history.
Emily Carpenter won 59 singles matches in her career to finish in 16
th in school history.
