WEATHERFORD, Okla. – Southwestern Oklahoma scored a goal in each have to defeat the Harding women's soccer team 2-0 Thursday in Great American Conference action.
Harding falls to 1-7-2 overall and 0-3-1 in the GAC.
Southwestern Oklahoma improves to 2-4-3 and 2-0-1 in the GAC.
GOALS
Southwestern Oklahoma 1, Harding 0 – 9th minute – Alimata Rabo found the back of the net for her first goal of the season.
Southwestern Oklahoma 2, Harding 0 – 89th minute – Ruth Vasquez found Rabo for her second goal of the game.
STATS
Harding took six shots, one was on goal. Regan Thompson led the Lady Bisons with two shots.
Southwestern Oklahoma took 21 shots, eight were on goal. Alimata Rabo took eight shots, four were on goal.
Kim Barcenas played the full 90 minutes on defense for Harding.
Bethanie Dixon and Michaela Potter split time in goal for the Lady Bisons. Dixon had two saves and Potter had four saves.
