Harding Men's Cross-Country Posts Top 10 Finish at Central Regional

JOPLIN, Mo. – Harding men's cross-country turned in its third top-10 finish ever at the NCAA Division II Central Region Meet on Saturday, placing ninth in the 29-team event. The Bisons were also ninth in 2015 and eighth in 2013.

Junior Luke Walling was Harding's top finisher, placing 20th in the 10K race in 31:09.1. He was the first Bison to finish in the top 20 at the region meet since Lucas Goodspeed was 12th in 2015.

Senior Zach Reed was second among Harding runners and 42nd overall at 31:56.2.

Harding's three other scoring runners included sophomore Arnaud des Boscs (63rd, 32:26.9), sophomore Nate Perry (69th, 32:34.1) and Jackson Pruim (92nd, 33:04.1).

Senior Matt Ingalsbe was 106th in 33:15.7 and sophomore Tucker Allen was 110th in 33:22.3.
