Brooklyn Gobble, Zoey Neal and Kaya Lee Named D2CCA All-Central Region

SEARCY – Harding softball players Brooklyn Gobble, Zoey Neal and Kaya Lee were all named Division II Conference Commissioners Association All-Central Region in a release by the organization on Monday. All were named to the second team.

It is the first time since 2023 the Lady Bisons have had multiple players on the team. It is the third time Harding has had three or more players on the team.

Brooklyn Gobble, a redshirt freshman from Tryon, Okla., led the GAC and ranked sixth in NCAA Division II in appearances with 41. She had a 2.18 ERA which was the third best in the GAC. Hitters hit .206 against her this season. Gobble led the Lady Bisons with 175 strikeouts in 170 innings pitched. She had a 17-8 record this season.

Zoey Neal, a junior from Dyer, Tennessee, drove in 62 runners this season which led the GAC and ranks 10th in NCAA Division II. Neal recorded 17 multiple RBI games this season. She tied the Harding record for the most RBIs in a season. Neal also led the team in home runs with eight.

Kaya Lee, a senior from Frisco, Texas, led the GAC with a .427 batting average and broke the school record for a batting average in a season. She also led the GAC with 82 hits. Kaya had 28 multiple hit games this season. She also stole 32 bases this season.
