Harding's McCarn Named GAC Runner of the Week

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Great American Conference (GAC) has named its women's and men's cross-country runners of the week for the second weekend of the season. Harding University's Vivien Kipkorir and Ryan McCarn earned the respective honors for their outstanding performances at the Steve Guymon Invitational.

Ryan McCarn's third-place finish came with a personal best four-mile time of 20:09.0, which now ranks fourth on the Bisons' all-time list. His efforts were instrumental in securing a team title for the Bisons, who had six runners finish in the top ten. The team scored a decisive 15-point victory, finishing ahead of second-place Little Rock.
