BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Fourth-year Sydney Kincade and 2nd-year Vivian Volion each earned top-15 individual finishes Tuesday to lead the Harding women's golf team during the final round of the Tulsa Cup at The Club at Forest Ridge.
Battling demanding course conditions on the par-72, 5,952-yard layout, the Lady Bisons signed for a final-round 324 to tie Minnesota State for sixth place in the 17-team field at 79-over par 943 (314-305-324). The tournament concluded the four-event fall schedule for Harding, extending its streak of top-10 finishes at the Tulsa Cup to four consecutive appearances.
Host and 37th-ranked Rogers State captured the team title on its home course, carding a 40-over 904 (306-293-305) to claim a 16-stroke victory over runner-up No. 28 Midwestern State (+56, 920). Southwestern Oklahoma State placed third at 63-over 927, followed by Henderson State (+64, 928) in fourth and Rockhurst (+71, 935) in fifth.
Volion carded Harding's lowest card of the final round with a 7-over 79, climbing three spots into a tie for 11th place in the 90-player field at 13-over 229 (77-73-79). The 2nd-year from Springfield, Louisiana, took advantage of the par 5s throughout the week, tying for fourth among all competitors in par-5 scoring average at 2-under (4.83 average). Volion also finished tied for eighth in the tournament with 32 total pars.
Kincade matched Volion in the tie for 11th place at 13-over 229 after carding an 82 on Tuesday (74-73-82). The Prosper, Texas, native paced the Lady Bisons with eight birdies across 54 holes—tied for fifth-most in the field—and tied for seventh in par-3 scoring average at 1-over (3.08 average). Kincade also demonstrated trademark consistency, avoiding big numbers to finish tied for the fewest double bogeys or worse in the field with just one over three rounds.
Fourth-year Cooper Meyer turned in an 82 on Tuesday to finish tied for 30th at 22-over 238 (78-78-82), collecting 29 total pars during the tournament.
Second-year Macy Cooper provided a key final-round contribution, turning in Harding's second-lowest score of the day with an 81. Cooper steadily trimmed strokes in each successive round (85-83-81) to vault eight spots up the leaderboard into a tie for 59th at 33-over 249.
Second-year Alyson Thomas rounded out the Lady Bison lineup in a tie for 69th place at 38-over 254 (90-81-83).
As a team, Harding finished fourth in the 17-team field with 135 total pars, tied for fifth in par-3 scoring average at 3.38 (+23), and collected 24 birdies.
Southern Arkansas' Brianna Chamoun captured individual medalist honors with a 54-hole total of 6-over 222 (74-71-77), holding off SW Oklahoma State's London Wilson (+7, 223) by one stroke.
The Tulsa Cup wrapped up the fall campaign for the Lady Bisons, who posted an 18-20-1 head-to-head record across four tournaments, highlighted by a third-place finish at the NSU Women's Classic in September. Harding will return to competition in the spring 2027 championship season.
