SEARCY, Ark. – As the spring season hits its stride, the Harding women's golf team remains firmly in contention for a postseason berth, appearing at No. 8 in the NCAA Central Region rankings released Wednesday.
Nationally, the Lady Bisons are currently ranked No. 59 in Division II. The regional ranking is the critical metric for postseason play, as the top 18 teams in the Central Region will qualify for the NCAA Regional Tournament. This year's regional is scheduled for May 4-6 at the St. Joseph Country Club in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Regional Context
The Central Region is composed of teams from the Great American Conference (GAC), the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA), and the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC). Harding is currently one of the top-performing programs in the GAC, positioning themselves well for the final stretch of the regular season.
