2009 Indoor - Repeated his indoor success of 2008, earning All-America honors in the mile and 5,000. ... set a new personal best in the mile in his automatic qualifying run at the Razorback Invitational, running in 4:05.36 ... finished second at nationals in the mile (4:11.38) to earn his second All-America honor in the event ... ran the 5,000 in national qualifying time of 14:11.08 to win the Grand Valley Big Meet ... completed the 5,000 in 14:17.55 at nationals, finishing third and claiming his sixth career All-America honor in three seasons.

2008 Outdoor - Qualified for the outdoor nationals in the 1500, the 5000 and the 10,000, but competed in only the 5000 and 10,000 at the national meet in Walnut, Calif. ... set a new school record in the 10,000 at the Mt.
