2006 Outdoor - Competed in five meets and earned four victories ... won the 3000 at Harding in 10:11.99 ... won the 5000 at Rhodes (17:21.11) and again at Alabama-Huntsville (17:44.24) ... placed second in the 10,000 at Texas, finishing in 37:36.10 ... won the 10,000 at Drake in 35:31.75.
2006 Indoor - Ran in the 5000 in two meets ... finished 10th at the Arkansas (Tyson), running in 17:10.38 to qualify for the national championships ... earned All-America honors in the 5000, placing sixth at the NCAA II Nationals and recording a personal-best of 16:50.47.
2005 Outdoor - Ran in four meets ... won the 3000 at Southern Arkansas, finishing in 9:53.67 to qualify for nationals ... ran a personal-best 9:53.57 in the 3000 in the preliminaries at the NCAA II Nationals, finishing second ... finished ninth in the national finals (10:03.54) ... ran the 5000 at three meets ... won the 3000 at Rhodes (17:35.70) ... won again at Louisiana-Monroe and qualified for nationals by recording a personal-best mark at 17:17.37 ... finished sixth in the preliminaries at nationals (17:44.13) and 12th in the finals (17:51.38).
