Declarations: You must declare your 7 runners at the coaches meeting on Oct. 21
Coaches Meeting: The meeting will be held at the Heritage Center on the campus of Harding University on October 21st at 7:00 PM.
Trainers / Medical: The Harding athletics training room will be available Friday, Oct. 21 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Harding Trainers will be available at the course on race day. There will be a physician at the meet, as well as an emergency crew. Please contact Dr. Randy Lambeth at 501-279-4308 if you have any questions.
Restrooms: There will be four portable restrooms located at the course.

Course Description: This new course is spectator friendly. It has a fast surface with one major hill in the woods that is approximately 80 meters long. There will be three loops for the men’s 8K and two loops for the women’s 5K. Maps will be available on the Harding Cross Country Website www.hardingsports.com.
Directions to course:

Coming from the hotels or from Harding’s campus:

Go west on Race Ave, turn right on Main St., follow Main St. to Riverside Park Rd., and turn right. Parking and headquarters will be on the left as you enter Camp Wyldewood. The course is a walk down the street to the right. (Approximately four miles from campus)
Awards: Will be presented at the tent headquarter. The top 10 individuals will receive All-Conference honors        from the GAC. The winning team in each race will receive an award from the GAC.
Buffet Dinner: An Italian buffet will be available through Aramark on Harding’s campus in the Heritage Center from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, on Friday Oct 21st.

The Coaches meeting also be in the Heritage Center starting at 7:00 PM.

Please let us know by Thursday, October 13th if your team plans to eat at the Heritage Center with an approximate number that plans to attend. You will need to pay when you pick up your packet. Please make checks out to Harding University.
