Odaine Lewis became an assistant track and field coach in 2022.
Before Harding
Lewis was a volunteer assistant at Texas Tech University from 2019-2022. During that time, Texas Tech had 16 All-Americans and seven Big 12 Conference champions.
Athletic Career
Lewis was a four-time All-American at Texas Tech from 2018-20, winning the Big 12 championship in the long jump and triple jump in 2018. In 2019, he earned NCAA Division I Indoor and Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year.
From 2016-17, Lewis was a two-time NJCAAÂ indoor triple jump national champion at Iowa Central Community College. He was a six-time All-American and NJCAA Academic All-American.
Education
Lewis graduated from Texas Tech University in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in human sciences.
