Ran in three different distance events ... won the 3,000 meters at Alabama-Huntsville with a personal best 8:52.80, the best time in the event by a Bison in 2011 ... placed third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at Central Arkansas in 9:52.11 ... ran twice in the 5,000 meters, finishing second at Rhodes in 15:04.40, the best time in the event by a Bison in 2011 ... earned All-South Region honors for the effort.

2010 Outdoor
Won the 3000 meters at Alabama-Huntsville in 8:55.19 ... ran an NCAA provisional time in the 5000 meters in placing second at Rhodes in 14:25.79, the 19th-fastest 5,000-meter time in Division II in 2010 ... earned All-America honors by placing eighth in the 5000 meters at NCAA Nationals with a personal-best time of 14:24.85 ... also qualified for nationals with a 29:54.02 in the 10,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays, the 14th-fastest 10,000-meter time in Division II in 2010 ... did not finish the 10,000 meters at the NCAA National Meet.

2010 Indoor
Placed second in the mile at Central Missouri, running 4:24.14 ... it was the fastest mile time by a Bison runner in 2010.

2009 Outdoor
Finished 10th at NCAA Nationals in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:21.11 ... qualified for nationals with a time of 9:17.69 in placing second at Ole Miss ... placed third at Rhodes in the 1500 meters in 4:14.20 ... ran an NCAA provisional qualifying time (14:41.10) in the 5000 meters in placing third at Ole Miss.

2009 Indoor
Ran the mile and the 5000 in three meets ... ran a provisional qualifying time in the mile at the Grand Valley State Big Meet, winning the race in 4:11.87 ... automatically qualified for nationals in the 5000 with a 14:18.51 performance at the Razorback Invitational ... at nationals, he ran the 5000 in 14:56.69 ... also ran on Harding's distance medley relay team, which finished ninth at nationals.
