Lincoln London became an assistant track and field coach in 2022.

Before Harding
London was head cross-country and track and field coach at Claflin University in Orangeburg, South Carolina from 2013-19. He was the 2016 South Region Indoor Coach of the Year and 2016 South Region Outdoor Coach of the Year and had both his men's and women's track and field teams ranked nationally.

Before Claflin, London was the assistant track and field coach at Abilene Christian in 2013. He was also assistant track and field coach at McNeese State from 2007-09, and was a volunteer track and field coach at Abilene Christian from 1999-2007.

At his stops along the way, London has coached several athletes that excelled at the international level. They include Danny McFarlane, a silver medalist in the 400-meter hurdles at the 2004 Athens Olympics; Delloreen Ennis, a three-time medalist in the 100-meter hurdles at the IAAF World Championships; Julieon Raeburn, a silver medalist in the 200 meters at the 2005 Central American and Caribbean Games; and Brandon Valentine-Parris, a competitor in the 400 meters at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Education
London graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration. He added a Master of Sports Sciences degree from the United States Sports Academy in 2013 and a Master of Coaching Athletics and Administration from Concordia University in California in 2016.
