AT HARDING
Dr. Eric Myers is in his 12th year on the Harding athletic training staff, having returned to the university in the fall of 2014. He was promoted to Head Athletic Trainer in 2020.

Myers previously served as a staff physical therapist and athletic trainer before assuming the head role.

PRIOR TO HARDING
Before returning to Searcy, Myers worked for eight seasons as a head athletic trainer in professional arena football, including stints in the Arena Football League (AFL) and arenafootball2 (af2).

EDUCATION
Myers earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Harding University in 1992. He went on to earn a bachelor's degree in physical therapy at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1994. In 2012, Myers earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences.

FAMILY
Myers is married to the former Jennifer Manry, a 1992 Harding graduate. The couple has two children—Lydia and Brody.
