SEARCY - Haley Kee, a 6-foot-1 post player, has signed to play basketball with Harding beginning next season. Kee will be a junior and has played her first two seasons at Sam Houston State in Huntsville, Texas.

Kee started 22 games as a true freshman at Sam Houston State in 2004-05. She averaged 5.5 points and 3.5 rebounds per game, scoring in double figures 13 times. She was also the team's second-leading rebounder.

Battling injuries throughout her sophomore season, Kee averaged 2.9 points and 1.5 rebounds per game.

A native of Whitehouse, Texas, Kee was a four-year starter at Whitehouse High School. She was a three-time first team All-District selection and was All-Region and All-State as a senior. Kee averaged 17.6 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks per game.
