SEARCY - The Harding men's tennis team won three games in the last two days and improved to 13-3 overall. The Bisons defeated Arkansas-Pine Bluff (6-3), Christian Brothers (9-0) and LeMoyne-Owen (8-1).
With the victories, Harding extended its winning streak to seven straight matches. The Bisons win over Christian Brothers was Harding's Gulf South Conference opener. Harding also moved to 5-1 in region play and 8-1 in road matches.
Harding's
Ivan Michelli leads the team with a 9-2 singles record.
Helio Hashimoto is 8-2 and
Aldo Campos is 8-0. The doubles teams of
Chris Beach and
Adam Edwards and
Sammy Lhotak and
Corey Stumne have both won four matches.
