SEARCY – The Harding women's basketball team looks for their fourth straight Gulf South Conference win on Monday as they host Arkansas-Monticello at 5:30 p.m., at the Rhodes Field House. The game was originally scheduled for last Thursday but due to weather the game was postponed.

NOTES FOR THE GAME
Harding enters the game with a 12-4 overall record and a 3-1 GSC West Division record after picking up their second GSC road win last Saturday against Christian Brothers, 55-48.
Junior guard Sierra Rollins leads the Lady Bisons, averaging 13.8 points and 8.8 rebounds per game. In GSC play, Rollins is averaging 18.3 points and 11.8 rebounds per game.
Senior guard Bailey St. Clair is the other Lady Bison averaging double-figures for the Lady Bisons, averaging 11.4 points per game. St. Clair has also stepped up her game in conference play averaging 15.5 points and 5.8 rebounds per game.
Harding ranks in the top 10 in the NCAA Division II in two categories: field-goal percentage defense and steals per game. Harding ranks seventh in field-goal percentage defense (33.4) and ranks seventh in steals per game (14.3). Harding also ranks first in the GSC in both categories.
During conference play, the Lady Bisons are shooting the ball much better. Harding is shooting 41.5 percent from the field (66-of-159) which is up from non-conference play as the Lady Bisons shot 39.1 percent from the field (274-of-701).
If the Lady Bisons pick up the win on Monday it will be Head Coach Tim Kirby's 99th career win at Harding. Kirby, who is in his 6th season as head coach of the Lady Bisons. Kirby has compiled a 98-61 record at Harding.
Arkansas-Monticello
Arkansas-Monticello heads into the contest with a 6-10 overall record and a 2-2 GSC West Division record. The Cotton Blossoms are coming off a 69-72 loss to Ouachita Baptist last Saturday. The two conference wins came against Christian Brothers and Henderson State.
UAM is led by Alex Hart who averages 16.1 points per game. Chelsea Johnson averages 12.4 points and Channon Haywood averages 10.5 point per game. Jerica Hubbard leads the Cotton Blossoms on the boards, averaging 8.1 rebounds per game.
The Series
UAM leads the series between the two teams 29-21. The Lady Bisons won both meetings last season.
