SEARCY – The Harding women's basketball team looks for their third straight Gulf South Conference win on Saturday as they travel to Memphis, Tenn., to face Christian Brothers at 2 p.m.

NOTES FOR THE GAME
Harding enters the game with an 11-4 overall record and a 2-1 GSC West Division record after upsetting No. 1 Delta State last Saturday. Due to weather conditions the game against Arkansas-Monticello that was schedule for last Thursday night was postponed until Monday night.
After her outstanding play last week junior guard Sierra Rollins leads the Lady Bisons, averaging 14.1 points and 8.7 rebounds per game. In GSC play, Rollins is averaging 21.3 points and 12.3 rebounds per game. She is also shooting 52.3 percent from the field.
Senior guard Bailey St. Clair is the other Lady Bison averaging double-figures for the Lady Bisons, averaging 11.5 points per game. St. Clair has also stepped up her game in conference play averaging 17.3 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.
Harding ranks in the top 10 in the NCAA Division II in two categories: field-goal percentage defense and steals per game. Harding ranks seventh in field-goal percentage defense (33.4) and ranks seventh in steals per game (14.3). Harding also ranks first in the GSC in both categories.
During conference play, the Lady Bisons are shooting the ball much better. Harding is shooting 41.5 percent from the field (66-of-159) which is up from non-conference play as the Lady Bisons shot 39.1 percent from the field (274-of-701).
Harding is coached by Tim Kirby, who is in his 6th season as head coach of the Lady Bisons. Kirby has compiled a 97-61 record at Harding.
Christian Brothers
Christian Brothers looks to snap a four game losing streak in GSC play as they head into the game with a 7-9 overall record and a 0-4 GSC West Division record. The Lady Bucs fell to Ouachita Baptist last Thursday night 99-76.
Christian Brothers has three players that average double-figure scoring. Leading the way is Caitlin House who averages 17.4 points and 8.1 rebounds per game. Sheena DeBose averages 15.4 points and Normanique Johnson averages 14.0 points per game.
The Lady Bucs lead the GSC in 3-point field goal percentage defense as they don't allow their opponent to shoot over 24.9 percent. That also ranks them 13th in NCAA Division II.
The Series
CBU leads the series between the two teams 18-16. Last season in Memphis, the Lady Bisons walked away with a 73-36 victory over the Lady Bucs.
