SEARCY – Harding plays its final game of the 2011 season Saturday when it hosts Southeastern Oklahoma State on Senior Day at First Security Stadium. Kickoff is at 2 p.m. The game will be streamed live on HardingSports.com with live video, live audio and live statistics.

The Bisons enter the game 3-7 overall after falling 23-16 in overtime against East Central in Ada, Okla. Harding rushed for 308 yards and two touchdowns, and senior Eddy Carmona kicked a school-record 62-yard field goal.

Harding is 2-3 and tied for sixth place in Great American Conference play with one conference game remaining.

Southeastern Oklahoma State enters the game 2-7 overall and 1-6 in GAC play. The Savage Storm has lost seven straight games since a 24-21 victory at Southern Arkansas on Sept. 17. SOSU lost 21-18 at home against Ouachita Baptist last Saturday.

Saturday's game at First Security Stadium is Senior Day, with Harding honoring its 13 seniors in a ceremony prior to the game. Those honored will be Luke Tribble, Jeremy Holt, Brian Maupin, Braden Rubey, Kale Gelles, Eddy Carmona, Caleb Simmons, James Kee, Hunter Finley, Garrett Taylor, Tyler O'Quin, Andrew Sugg, and Darby Palmer.

Harding and Southeastern Oklahoma State are meeting for the 23rd time with the Bisons leading 15-7. Harding has won four straight in Searcy, dating to 1991. SOSU last won in Searcy in 1989. Harding has won seven of the last 10 overall but the teams have not met since 1999.

GAME NOTES

* Harding has scored 50 touchdowns this season, tying the 1972 team's school record.

* With eight points against SOSU, Harding will set a new school record for scoring offense.

* Harding has scored 30 touchdowns when in the red zone, all on the ground.

* Harding leads Division II football with 371.1 rushing yards per game.

* The Bisons have four of the top nine rushing games in Division II this season.

* Harding has broken school record this season in rushing yards (3,711), rushing attempts (615) and rushing touchdowns (37).

* Harding senior Kale Gelles needs 78 rushing yards to become only the third Bison with two 1,000-yard rushing seasons in a career.

* Gelles leads the GAC with 102.4 rushing yards per game. Gelles won the Gulf South Conference rushing title last season with 109.9 rushing yards per game.

* Harding senior Jeremy Holt needs 136 all-purpose yards to become only the fourth Bison with 4,000 career all-purpose yards in a career.

* Harding's leading tackler is junior linebacker Aaron Gillaspie with 77. He is fourth in the GAC with 7.7 tackles per game.
