SEARCY – The Harding men's soccer team completes a four-game home stand to open the season Friday at 7:30 p.m. against Ouachita Baptist. Though both teams are members of the Gulf South Conference for men's soccer, Friday's game will be a non-conference matchup.

* Harding enters the game 1-1-1 overall following a 1-1 tie with Maryville on Tuesday. Sophomore Cameron Rose scored Harding's goal in the 55th minute before Maryville answered six minutes later. It was Harding's first tie since the 2008 season.
* Harding has scored three goals in its first three games, with Ryan Wilhelm, Josh Ireland and Cameron Rose each scoring a goal. Rose leads the Bisons with six shots, and Rose and Wilhelm each have four shots on goal.
* Senior Zach Auala has played all three games in goal and has a 1.24 goals against average and has saved 81.8 percent of opponents' shots on goal.
* Harding coach Jeremy Bishop has no one sitting out with yellow or red card suspensions. Senior Connor Galloway and freshman Nathan Monan are out because of injuries.
* Ouachita Baptist enters the game 1-2-0 overall and is coming off a 6-1 loss to Northeastern State on Monday. The Tigers' victory was a 2-1 defeat of Drury. OBU lost 2-0 to Lynn.
* Junior Sergiu Postolache has scored two of Ouachita Baptist's three goals this season. Sophomore Wayne Smith has started all three games in goal and has a 2.80 goals against average and .533 save percentage.
* Harding and Ouachita Baptist will be meeting for the 13th time in men's soccer action with the Bisons leading the all-time series 7-4-1 overall and 4-1-0 in Searcy. The Tigers have won the last three meetings.
