Box Score

SEARCY – Harding sophomore Kristen Celsor scored 15 of her 18 points in the second half and hit the eventual game-winning shot with just over a minute left to give the Lady Bisons a 60-56 victory over Southeastern Oklahoma on Saturday at Rhodes Field House.

Celsor missed a jumper with 1:08 left and the game tied at 56-56, but the loose-ball rebound was out of bounds off Southeastern Oklahoma. Celsor then caught an in-bounds pass from freshman Tabitha Haney and dropped in a layup to put Harding ahead to stay.

Southeastern Oklahoma (7-9, 3-3 GAC) lost its second straight. Senior Nikki Nestor led the Savage Storm with 13 points. SOSU committed 18 turnovers, and the Lady Bisons outscored the Savage Storm 17-6 off turnovers.

Southeastern's Brooklyn Horton made a 3-pointer with 14:46 left in the game to put the Savage Storm ahead 38-29. Harding then went on a 14-0 run over the next 4:26 and led 43-38. The game was tied four more times down the stretch.
