SEARCY – The Harding men's soccer team will play its second straight home game Saturday against Fort Hays State in an MIAA contest. The game begins at 6 p.m. at the Harding Soccer Field.
Following Saturday's game, Harding (4-9-3, 2-5-1) will play its final game of the season on Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. against Northeastern State.
Harding is coming off a 4-3 loss to Southern Nazarene on Thursday in Searcy. The Bisons came from behind twice to tie, but surrendered the game-winning goal with less than five minutes remaining on a Southern Nazarene free kick.
Fort Hays State has already qualified for the MIAA Tournament and will be looking to earn the regular season conference championship by winning its last two games.
Fort Hays is 9-4-2 overall and 5-2-1 in conference play. The Tigers defeated the Bisons in the first meeting of the season 2-1 in Hays, Kan. Freshman
Adam Borsheim scored Harding's goal in the 70th minute, but the Bisons never got the equalizer.
