Harding
· Harding will play its only road game during a stretch of six of seven at home Friday when it takes on Upper Iowa at 1 p.m. in Fayette. It will be Harding's first-ever visit to Upper Iowa.
· Harding enters the game 2-3-2 overall and 1-2-0 in the MIAA and is looking to stop a two-game skid that includes a 2-1 double overtime loss to No. 6 Northeastern State on Tuesday in Searcy.
· Harding's lone goal against Northeastern State came in the 85th minute from junior Jacob Stevens' 28-yard free kick. It was Stevens' second goal of the season, both on free kicks.
· Harding has scored 12 goals this season, led by three from junior Ian Park, and have allowed 14 goals. The Bisons are outscoring their opponents 6-4 in the first half but have been outscored 9-5 in the second half.
· Christopher Walker leads Harding with two assists, and Ryan Wilhelm is tops with 18 shots.
· Harding has used two starting goalkeepers this season. Freshman Seth Peterson has made five starts, has a 1.76 goals against average and a .735 saves percentage. Senior Will Lynn has started two games and has a 1.93 goals against average and a .583 saves percentage.
· Junior defender Kevin Pineda is the only Harding player to have played all 694 minutes in the first four games. Defender Gehrig Haberstock is next with 673 minutes played.
Upper Iowa
· Upper Iowa is an NCAA Division II school of about 5,000 students and is located in Fayette, Iowa.
· The Peacocks enter the game 4-3-1 overall and 1-0-1 in MIAA play. Upper Iowa is 4-0-1 at home and 0-3-0 on the road.
· Upper Iowa has scored 71% of its goals in the second half. The Peacocks have 21 goals, 15 in the second half. The Peacocks have also allowed nine of their opponents 14 goals (64%) in the second half.
· Upper Iowa is coming off a 0-0 home tie with Lindenwood on Sunday at home. Lindenwood outshot Upper Iowa 42-14 with Peacock goalkeeper Jordan Bell making 12 saves.
· Upper Iowa has had 12 different players score goals this season, led by four from Andres Cuesta, a sophomore from Bogota, Columbia.
