Harding

·         Harding will be playing at home for the fourth time in the last five games Monday when the Bisons host Ouachita Baptist in a non-conference game at Stevens Soccer Complex. It is the first of three straight home games for Harding.

·         Harding enters the game 2-4-2 overall and looking to stop a three-game skid that includes a 4-3 overtime loss to Upper Iowa on Friday in MIAA play in Fayette, Iowa. Five of Harding's eight games this season have gone to overtime. The Bisons are 1-2-2 in those games.

·         Harding scored three goals in the first half against Upper Iowa, marking its first half with three or more goals since scoring four in the second half against Williams Baptist on Oct. 18, 2011. Harding's last game of three or more goals in the first half was also against Williams Baptist on Sept. 29, 2009.

·         Harding's goals against Upper Iowa came from Gehrig Haberstock, Barry Foster, and Adam Borsheim. It was the second goal of the season for Foster and the first for both Haberstock and Borsheim.

·         Harding has 12 different players who have at least one goal or one assist. Ian Park leads Harding with three goals, and Jeremy Rector and Christopher Walker are tied with two assists. Ryan Wilhelm, who has missed the last two games with an injury, leads the team with 18 shots.

·         Harding has used two starting goalkeepers this season. Freshman Seth Peterson has made six starts and has a 2.08 goals against average and a .690 saves percentage. Senior Will Lynn has started two games and has a 1.93 goals against average and a .583 saves percentage.

·         Haberstock leads Harding with 760 minutes played this season.

Ouachita Baptist

·         Ouachita Baptist is an NCAA Division II school located in Arkadelphia, Ark. The Tigers compete as an independent in men's soccer.

·         The Tigers are playing their third of five straight road games and are coming off their first victory of the season, a 5-2 triumph at Southwest Baptist last Tuesday.

 The Series

·         Harding leads the series between the teams 10-4-2 overall and 6-1-0 in Searcy. The Bisons earned their 10th win in the series with a 3-1 victory on Sept. 17 in Arkadelphia.

·         Ian Park scored both of Harding's first half goals to give the Bisons a 2-0 lead at halftime. Barry Foster made it 3-0 in the 69th minute just before the teams endured a 65-minute lightning delay. After the delay, Nathan Gay scored for Ouachita Baptist.
