SEARCY – The Harding men's soccer team came from behind to tie the game 2-2 with 13 minutes left but a goal by senior midfielder Rodrigo Barrientos lifted Dallas Baptist over Harding 3-2 on Thursday in non-conference action at Stevens field.

In the eighth minute, senior forward Ryan Wilhelm was fouled in the box to setup a penalty kick. Wilhelm took the PK and beat the keeper to give HU a 1-0 lead.

Dallas Baptist tied the game in the 17^th minute on a throughball that found freshman forward Riley Alvey.

The Patriots were awarded a penalty kick in the 37^th minute on a hard Harding foul in the box. Junior David Balyeat converted the PK to put Dallas Baptist up 2-1.

Two quick Harding passes in the 78^th minute led to freshman midfielder Jackson Buchanan's first collegiate goal. Buchanan's goal was the equalizer for Harding until Barrientos goal in the 84^th minute.

Senior goalkeeper Will Lynn came on in the second half and made three saves.

The Bisons next game is next Tuesday as they host Lyon at 7 p.m., in non-conference action at Stevens Field.
