Golik, Mueller Named GAC Runners of the Week

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Harding's Milosz Golik and Sylvie Mueller earned the Great American Conference's Cross Country Male and Female Runners of the Week honors for the fourth week of action, the conference office announced on Wednesday.
 
GAC MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY RUNER OF THE WEEK – Milosz Golik, Harding, Jr., Wschowa, Poland
Golik became the third different Harding runner to lead the team at a meet this season as he placed third at the Gulf Coast Stampede. His time of 26:27.1 cut almost a minute off his previous career-best time. He led the Bisons to their third team title at the event. He became the third different runner to lead the Bisons this season.
 
GAC WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY RUNER OF THE WEEK – Sylvie Mueller, Harding, Fr., Darmstadt, Germany
Mueller led Harding for the third consecutive meet with a fourth-place showing at the Gulf Coat Stampede in a time of 19:03.0. She paced the Lady Bisons to a second-place finish. She has finished in the top five in all three meets.
