HARDING

- Harding will be playing its final home game of 2014 on Thursday as they host Northwestern Oklahoma. The Lady Bisons are 26-5 in 2014 and are 14-1 at home during that stint. Harding's only loss came against Concordia-St. Paul in the first round of the NCAA Division II Central Region Tournament that the Lady Bisons hosted last spring.

- Harding heads into the game with a 7-2 overall record and a 4-0 Great American Conference record. The Lady Bisons have won their last three games by a combined score of 209-150. During those games, Harding averaged 19.7 more points than its opponent, shot 50.3 percent from the field, shot 50.0 percent from behind the 3-point line and averaged 12.7 more rebounds than its opponent.

- The Lady Bisons are coming off a 66-48 GAC win over Henderson State on Saturday. Senior forward Arielle Saunders had 23 points and nine rebounds in the game.

- Harding ranked tied for 25th in the latest rankings. The Lady Bisons tied with Indiana-Pennsylvania with 111 points. Harding was previously ranked No. 20. It is the 20th straight week Harding has been ranked which dates back to last season.

- The Lady Bisons are led on the season by Arielle Saunders who ranks seventh in the GAC in scoring averaging 16.7 points. She also ranks second in the GAC in rebounding, averaging 10.7 per game. Sophomore forward Correy Moyer averages 9.9 points, senior guard Montana Lewis averages 9.8 points and sophomore guard A'ndrea Haney averages 9.0 points.

- Harding ranks first in the GAC in 3-point field goal percentage, shooting 40.9 percent from behind the arc. Three Lady Bisons rank in the top-10 in 3-point field percentage in the GAC. Freshman guard Falan Miller ranks first, shooting 56.5 percent. Fellow freshman guard Lundon Williams is shooting 51.9 percent and Montana Lewis is shooting 41.4 percent.

- Harding also ranks first in the GAC in rebounding margin as it is averaging 12.6 more rebounds than its opponent. The Lady Bisons have five players that average over four rebounds per game. After Saunders' 10.7, Montana Lewis averages 5.4. Freshman forward Sydney Layrock and redshirt freshman Mackenzie McNamara both come off the bench and average 4.6 and 4.4 respectively. Correy Moyer averages 4.0.

- Arielle Saunders needs 148 more rebounds to become only the third player in Harding history to have 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds. Angie Dugger (1993-97) and Nancee Wilson (1989-93) are the only players to accomplish the feat. Saunders currently has 852 career rebounds and is in fifth place all time at Harding. She needs 12 rebounds to move into fourth place and 27 rebounds to move into third place.

- Montana Lewis needs three field goals to reach 300 in her career and nine points to get to 850.

- Harding is averaging 37.1 points in the paint this season. The Lady Bisons have scored over 50 points in the paint two times. They scored 54 against Cameron and then 50 against Henderson State on Saturday.

- Harding averages 28.3 points from its bench. Sydney Layrock has come off the bench and is averaging 7.2 points per game.  

- In GAC games this season, Harding is averaging 23.8 more points than its opponent, shooting 49.6 percent from the field, holding its opponent to shooting 31.8 percent from the field, shooting 44.9 percent from behind the 3-point line and holding its opponent to shooting 18.5 percent from behind the arc. The Lady Bisons rank first in the GAC in all those categories.

NORTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA

- Northwestern Oklahoma heads into the game with a 2-6 overall record and a 1-2 GAC record. Its only GAC win came at home against Southern Nazarene (79-57).

- The Rangers are coming off a 70-66 overtime loss at Southeastern Oklahoma last Saturday in GAC action. Sophomore guard Jonae Isaac led Northwestern Oklahoma with 17 points. Sophomore guard Relina Johnson grabbed 10 rebounds in the game for the Rangers.

- Freshman guard Kalea King leads Northwestern Oklahoma on the season averaging 9.0 points per game.

- In GAC games this season Relina Johnson is averaging 14.7 points and Jonae Isaac averages 13.0 points.

- Freshman guard Renee Contreras leads the GAC in steals averaging 2.4 per game.

SERIES

- Harding leads the series 4-0.

- The Lady Bisons are 2-0 against Northwestern Oklahoma in Searcy. Harding won last years meeting in Searcy 73-52.
