Harding
Harding returns to MIAA action Thursday and carries a two-game unbeaten streak into its game against Southwest Baptist. The game begins at 2 p.m. at the SBU Soccer Field in Bolivar, Missouri. It is the third consecutive road game for Harding, who concludes its road trip Saturday at 1 p.m. at Northeastern State.
Harding is coming off a 1-1 tie with Oklahoma Christian on Saturday in Oklahoma City. The Bisons fell behind in the second minute, but sophomore Barry Foster scored in the 68th minute to tie the game. Harding is now 8-11-13 all-time in overtime games.
Harding has scored six goals in its first four games and allowed six. The Bisons have scored three first-half goals and three second-half goals.

Ian Park, Harding's active scoring leader with 11 career goals, has missed Harding's last three games with an injury but is expected to play against Southwest Baptist. Sherrill has also missed the last two games with an injury but will also return Thursday.
Southwest Baptist
Southwest Baptist enters the game 0-7-0 overall and 0-2-0 in the MIAA. The Bearcats have 5-1 loss to Upper Iowa and a 3-1 loss to Lindenwood in conference play.
Southwest Baptist has scored at least one goal in six of their seven games, including the last five. Senior midfielder Justin Schaeffer leads the Bearcats with three goals.
The Bearcats have surrendered 32 goals in their first seven games.
The Series
Harding leads the series with Southwest Baptist 2-1-1 but is seeking its first victory in Bolivar. The Bisons won last season's game 4-0 in Searcy.
Southwest Baptist won the first meeting in the series 4-0 in 2000, and the teams tied 1-1 in 2012 in the last game played in Bolivar.
