Harding Men's Soccer Falls 4-3 at Williams Baptist

WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. – Playing its final game of the regular season, Harding men's soccer fell 4-3 to Williams Baptist on Friday in a non-conference matchup.

The Bisons will now turn their attention to the Great American Conference Tournament. Harding will be the No. 3 seed and will take on No. 2 Oklahoma Baptist next Friday at 11 a.m. in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.

Harding (4-11-2) fell behind by three goals in the game's first 40 minutes. Freshman Jason Diaz scored his third goal of the season with a 42nd-minute penalty kick. After halftime, Diaz assisted on goals by Josiah Ireland in the 50th minute and Barry Foster in the 62nd minute. Foster's goal was his seventh, the most by a Bison this season. It was Diaz's first multi-assist game.

The game remained tied for just over 10 minutes before Bruno Campos scored the eventual game-winning goal in the 72nd minute for Williams Baptist (7-8-1).
