Harding will play its third straight game on the road on Saturday when it travels to Weatherford, Oklahoma to face Southwestern Oklahoma at 1 p.m., in Great American Conference action.

Harding enters the game with a 1-1 overall record and will be playing its second straight GAC.

Harding is coming off a 64-42 win over Northwestern Oklahoma on Thursday. The Lady Bisons shot 45 percent from the field and made four 3-pointers. Harding was led by sophomore guard Lundon Williams who had 13 points. Freshman center Sydnie Jones led the Lady Bisons on the boards with 10 rebounds and also had four blocks.

Southwestern Oklahoma is playing its fourth straight game at home on Saturday. The Bulldogs are coming off a 94-73 loss against Arkansas Tech on Thursday. Southwestern Oklahoma shot 33 percent in the game and were 2-of-13 from the 3-point line. Jennifer Williams came off the bench to lead the Bulldogs with 16 points.


Harding Team Notes:
Harding is shooting 41 percent from the field this season. It is also shooting 36 percent from behind the 3-point line and averaging 40.5 rebounds per game.

Harding is led on the season by sophomore forward Sydney Layrock who averages 19 points to rank fifth in the GAC. She also averages 7.5 rebounds. Junior guard A'ndrea Haney also averages in double-figures, averaging 10 points and five rebounds.

Harding leads the GAC in scoring defense as it holds its opponents to 54.0 points per game. The Lady Bisons rank second in scoring margin (+10.5).

Harding leads the GAC in 3-point field goal percentage. The Lady Bisons are shooting 36.4 percent from behind the 3-point line.

The Bulldogs rank last in the GAC in scoring defense as they allow their opponents to score 79 points per game.
