SEARCY – The Harding women's basketball team picked up its third straight Great American Conference win -on Thursday after it defeated Southern Nazarene 70-51 at the Rhodes-Reaves Field House.
Junior guard A'ndrea Haney led Harding with a game-high 15 points. Junior forward Correy Moyer had 13 points, including three 3-pointers. Sophomore's Falan Miller and Sydney Layrock each added 12 points.
Southern Nazarene was led by junior guard Abby Boyd who had 13 points and freshman guard Adrienne Berry had 12 points.

Harding improves to 4-2 overall and 3-0 in the GAC. Southern Nazarene falls to 2-2 overall and 1-2 in the GAC.
FIRST QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS
Harding lead 14-11 after the first quarter. Sydney Layrock scored seven of her 12 points in the quarter. The Lady Bisons were 1-of-9 from behind the 3-point line.
SECOND QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS
Harding scored 28 points in the second quarter to take a 42-19 lead into the locker room. It was the most points the Lady Bisons have scored in a quarter this season. Falan Miller went 4-for-4 from the field and scored 10 points. Harding hit five 3-pointers and shot 57.9 percent from the field.
THIRD QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS
Harding extended its lead in the third quarter as they led 61-26 at the break. The Lady Bisons scored 19 points and were 7-of-16 from the field. Harding held Southern Nazarene to seven points in the quarter as they made three buckets. The Lady Bisons grabbed 14 rebounds and had two blocks and two steals.
FOURTH QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS
Southern Nazarene bounced back to score 25 points in the fourth quarter and held Harding to nine. Harding was 3-of-17 in the quarter and the Crimson Storm went 10-of-18 from the field. They also made five 3-pointers.
TEAM STATS
Harding shot 36.8 percent from the field in the game. The Lady Bisons made eight 3-pointers and were 12-of-14 from the free throw line (85.7 percent). It was the fourth time this season Harding has made eight or more 3-pointers.
Southern Nazarene went 21-of-60 from the field (35 percent) and was 2-of-7 from the free throw line.
Harding forced 17 turnovers in the game and turned them into 11 points.
The Lady Bisons grabbed a season-high 48 rebounds and 16 offensive rebounds. It was the fourth time this season Harding has outrebounded its opponent (48/37) and the second time it has done so by 10 or more.
Harding had a season-high 13 steals in the game as seven players had at least one steal.
INDIVIDUAL STATS
Sophomore forward McKenzie McNamara came off the bench and tied a career-high with nine rebounds. She also added seven points.
Sophomore guard Lundon Williams went 2-of-4 from behind the arc and had four assists.
