HARDING
- Harding will play its final regular season game on Saturday when they host Ouachita Baptist at 5:30 p.m. After the game the Lady Bisons will recognize four seniors for their contributions to the Harding women's basketball program. Harding will honor: Jackie Bacon, Tabitha Haney, Montana Lewis and Arielle Saunders.
- Harding (19-6, 15-4 GAC) will be looking for its 20th win of the season on Saturday. If the Lady Bisons are victorious, it will be the second straight year Harding has won 20 games. The Lady Bisons have accomplished the feat eight times in 31 years.
- Harding and Arkansas Tech are tied for first place in the GAC standings. The Lady Bisons host Ouachita Baptist on Saturday, while Arkansas Tech is at Arkansas-Monticello. If both teams win or both teams lose on Saturday, Harding holds the tiebreaker over Arkansas Tech based on better results against the top teams in the conference. The Lady Bisons would receive the No. 1 seed at the GAC Tournament in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, on March 5-8.

- The Lady Bisons were ranked fifth in the first NCAA Division II Central Region Rankings released on Wednesday. All of Harding's 24 games are considered regional games according to the NCAA. Eight teams will make the NCAA Central Region Tournament held March 13-16. Three automatic bids will be awarded to the three conference tournament champions (Great American, MIAA and Northern Sun) and five teams will receive at-large berths based on the rankings. Wednesday's rankings is the second of three before the selection show which will be announced at 10 p.m. Eastern time, Sunday, March 8 via web stream on NCAA.com.
- Harding is coming off an 85-73 loss at Arkansas Tech on Thursday. The Golden Suns shot 52.7 percent from the field and made 8-of-14 3-pointers in the game. The Lady Bisons were led by senior forward Arielle Saunders who scored 20 of her 22 points in the second half. She also grabbed a team-high six rebounds and picked up her 500th career field goal in the game. Freshman guard Lundon Williams made four 3-pointers and finished with 15 points.
- The Lady Bisons are led on the season by Saunders who ranks sixth in the GAC in scoring, averaging 16.5 points and ranks second in the GAC in rebounds, averaging 11.1 per game. She also ranks fifth in the GAC in field goal percentage, shooting 54.0 percent from the field.
- Saunders, who is the all-time blocks leader at Harding, picked up her 200th career block against East Central last Saturday. She has 86 more blocks than second place Kristen Celsor (2011-14). Saunders has 1,278 career points and needs 62 more points to move into eighth all-time at Harding.
- Saunders has 16 double-doubles as she recently past Heather Lawrence (1999-03) for the most in a season. Lawrence had 15 in the 2002-03 season. Saunders has recorded 41 double-doubles in her career which is 16 more than second place Lawrence who had 25 in her career.
- Montana Lewis also averages in double figures for Harding. She is second on the team in points, averaging 10.8 per game and second on the team in rebounds averaging 5.6 per game. Lewis needs six more points to move into 14th place all-time at Harding. She currently has 1,024.
- Sophomore guard A'ndrea Haney is third in the GAC in assists averaging 3.6 per game and is fourth in the GAC in steals averaging 2.0 per game. She scored her 500th career point against Arkansas Tech on Thursday night.
- Senior guard Tabitha Haney needs four more 3-pointers to reach 150 in her career. She would be fifth player in Harding history to reach accomplish the feat. Haney currently sits in fifth place all-time at Harding with 146. She needs 11 more to move into fifth place and pass Kinsey Tucker (2004-08) who had 156 in her career.
- Harding has hit 182 3-pointers this season which ranks fourth in the GAC and ranks seventh all-time at Harding in a season. The Lady Bisons need three 3-pointers to move into fifth place all-time at Harding in a season. Freshman guard Lundon Williams leads the Lady Bisons with 37. Montana Lewis is close behind with 31. The Lady Bisons also rank third in the GAC in 3-point field goal percentage, shooting 35.2 percent. Williams is shooting 43.5 percent from behind the 3-point line to rank second in the GAC. Corry Moyer ranks fifth in the GAC, shooting 39.7 percent and Lewis ranks eighth shooting 38.3 percent.
- Harding boasts an 11-1 record at home this season. The Lady Bisons' only loss came against Southeastern Oklahoma 67-59. At home, Harding averages 17.3 more points than its opponents, shoots 45.3 percent from the field and averages 9.7 more rebounds than its opponents.
OUACHITA BAPTIST
- Ouachita Baptist heads into the game with a 10-16 overall record and a 6-13 GAC record. The Lady Tigers are currently in tied for eighth place with Southern Arkansas in the GAC standings. The top eight teams advance to the conference tournament.
- Ouachita Baptist is coming off a 98-86 home loss to Henderson State on Thursday. Breanna Harris led the Lady Tigers with 23 points, making 10-of-20 field goals.
- Ouachita Baptist is led by Breanna Harris who ranks 10th in the GAC, averaging 13.4 points per game. Katie Kapler ranks second on the team in scoring, averaging 11.8 points. She also leads the team and ranks seventh in the GAC in rebounding, averaging 7.2 per game.
- Kapler is shooting 53.0 percent from the field to rank sixth in the GAC.
- Ouachita Baptist has two players rank in the top 10 in the GAC in free throws. Breanna Harris ranks third, shooting 85.5 percent from the foul line. Katie Kapler ranks seventh, shooting 80.0 percent.
SERIES
- Harding leads the series 38-27.
- The Lady Bisons won last year's meeting in Searcy 64-54. Harding leads the series in Searcy 19-13.
- When the two teams met earlier this season in Arkadelphia, the Lady Bisons won 70-45. Arielle Saunders led Harding with 25 points and 11 rebounds. Montana Lewis added 12 points and nine rebounds for the Lady Bisons. Ouachita Baptist was led by Breanna Harris who had 12 points and made two 3-pointers. Harding held the Lady Tigers to shooting 30.9 percent from the field and 7-of-24 from behind the 3-point line. The Lady Bisons scored 26 points in the paint to Ouachita Baptist's 16.
