Tennis Bisons Fall 6-3 to Nebraska-Kearney

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Harding men's tennis, ranked No. 45 in NCAA II, lost 6-3 to No. 33 Nebraska-Kearney on Saturday in its final match before spring break.

Harding (3-4) won two of the three doubles matches and took a 2-1 lead. Jon Mark Rowden and Carlos Crisostomo won 8-4 at No. 2 for their second victory in five matches together. Adrian Torrico and Neto Cacace won 8-5 at No. 3, their third straight doubles victory together. The duo improved to 4-1 as a team.

Harding won only one of the six singles matches. David Korsten won 6-2, 7-5 at No. 2 singles, his team-high eighth singles victory. Korsten and Andras Marics both have 5-2 singles records in dual matches.
